“Every revolutionary idea seems to evoke three stages of reaction. They may be summed up by the phrases:

  • It’s completely impossible.
  • It’s possible, but it’s not worth doing.
  • I said it was a good idea all along.” – Arthur Clarke

As an entrepreneur you have gone through these reactions atleast once. The one that succeeds becomes a beacon for others.

Here is a crisp representation of what it takes for the idea to be a sustainable business or go to the market product.  It is an iterative process.
Following are the areas that you can look at collaborating or right sourcing on this path following the guiding principles for right sourcing.

1 Market Survey and Research : Initiation Phase

2 Technology choice and implementation : Implementation Phase

3 Marketing & Advertising and Ongoing Support

It would be interesting to see the tools that can come in handy for each of these phases specifically to choose the one that you pursue.

However I do feel that Gut Feel goes a long way in pursuing the ideas that can change your Life.
